Terms and Conditions for MyCANIC Unit Rental

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before renting MyCANIC units from VTS Online. By submitting a rental request, you agree to these terms and conditions.

1. Rental Agreement

- The rental period begins on the date specified in the rental form and ends on the agreed return date.

- The minimum rental period is 3 days. Any extension must be requested in advance and is subject to availability and additional charges.

2. Rental Charges and Payment

- The daily rental charge is £49.75 + VAT. Payment is required upfront for the entire rental period.

- Discounts for extended rental periods are available upon request and must be agreed upon in writing.

- Late returns will incur additional daily charges at the standard rate.

3. Delivery and Return

- The lessee is responsible for ensuring timely receipt and return of the equipment. Any delays must be communicated to VTS Online immediately.

- Equipment should be returned in the condition it was provided, with all accessories included.

- The lessee must cover shipping costs for both delivery and return unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4. Condition and Maintenance

- The equipment must be returned in good working condition. Any damages, malfunctions, or missing items must be reported immediately.

- The lessee is liable for any damage, loss, or theft of the equipment during the rental period. Repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.

5. Custom Scripting

- Custom scripting services are available at an additional cost. Customizations must be requested before the rental period and approved by VTS Online.

- VTS Online is not responsible for any issues arising from third-party modifications or unauthorized use of custom scripts.

6. Usage and Restrictions

- The equipment is to be used solely for its intended purpose. Any unauthorized modifications, tampering, or use of the equipment that could lead to damage is prohibited.

- The lessee must follow all safety and usage instructions provided with the equipment.

7. Liability

- VTS Online is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of the equipment.

- The lessee agrees to indemnify VTS Online from any claims or damages arising from the operation of the equipment during the rental period.

8. Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the rental start date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee.

- No refunds will be issued for cancellations or early returns once the rental period has commenced.

9. Ownership and Rights

- All MyCANIC units and any related accessories remain the property of VTS Online. The lessee has no rights to transfer, sell, or lease the equipment to any third party.

10. Governing Law

- This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved following these laws.

11. Agreement Confirmation

- By accepting these terms and conditions, the lessee confirms they have read, understood, and agree to abide by all provisions stated herein.
